Who We Are

Andrea possesses years of customer service and project management experience – 17 of those years have been served in a dual capacity and in her most important project management role raising three daughters. She currently serves in a fulltime key role as Student Life Director at Maranatha Christian Schools in San Diego, while supporting SOSI Partners in her ‘off-hours’ (does anyone have those anymore?). Prior to co-founding her family and SOSI Partners, Andrea served as a project manager for one of the largest power generation manufacturers, assisting small business owners up to Fortune 500 companies implement industrial power generation solutions in San Diego. She expertly navigates the needs of the organization as well as the customer to implement the best possible solutions. Her ability to analyze multiple project paths and procedural challenges allows her to provide valuable guidance to clients on how they may adjust their processes and properly index expectations. A skilled athlete earning All-American honors, she played on national championship softball teams in both Junior College and NAIA divisions. Andrea’s commitment to acting out her faith is exhibited through her participation with her church body, consistently active in her community, coaching her daughters in multiple sports including as the Head Coach of Varsity Softball at Maranatha as well as an 18U Club team – staying busy is in her DNA!

Sarah possesses years of experience helping small-and medium-sized businesses with everything from accounting and human resources to marketing and executive management. She currently serves as an Accounting Executive at Quartus Engineering Inc., a top engineering firm in San Diego, CA. Her experience partnering with a variety of businesses helps her quickly identify an organization’s key strengths and weaknesses. Prior to co-founding SOSI Partners, Sarah was on the executive management team for a marketing organization that specialized in helping financial advisors and other investment professionals attract prospects and retain clients in an industry that heavily regulates communications with the public. Her hands-on approach and creative ideas make her a valuable leader and adviser. Sarah’s faith in Christ plays and integral role in defining her outlook on business and life, striving for balance between success and fulfillment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and you can often find her paddling her stand-up board or kayak on San Diego’s beautiful waterways. Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Jose State and holds a CPA certificate from the State of California.

Jon possesses years of experience assisting large organizations and business owners implement their business operations and marketing plans. Bringing operations and product development experience to each engagement, he is able to assist clients to optimize their business planning efforts. Jon maintains operational oversight of AllyMark, BizSocially and eCoachIt under the SOSI umbrella. Prior to co-founding SOSI Partners, Jon was a part of the executive management team for a financial services marketing firm serving financial planners and insurance agents’ client prospecting and retention marketing efforts. He joined that organization in 1996 as Product Manager and served in various capacities during his tenure. Ultimately, he had full operational responsibility including information technology infrastructure, customer support and print production. Prior to that, Jon worked for NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. Jon believes that his faith guides his perspective on business and therefore seeks to exhibit Christ-likeness in every interaction. He is active in his daughters’ activities and loves the San Diego environment, enjoying outdoor activities throughout the year. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Political Science and has pursued extensive business operations and employee management training.
